HOW TO AVOID BAD COMPANY PART 2

Text - Proverbs 1:8-19

Introduction

Tonight as we continue with our study in Proverbs on the Pathway To Wisdom I’d like us to look at Proverbs 1:8-19 at “How To Avoid Bad Company.”

1 Corinthians 5:9  I wrote you in my letter not to associate with immoral people.

Primarily Solomon is talking about children in this passage, but it also can be applied to all of us no matter how old we are.

This subject of avoiding bad company is especially necessary for our children to grasp tonight.

If you fail to avoid bad company early on in your life, you are going to experience some tragic circumstances when you get older.

1 Corinthians 15:33  Do not be deceived: "Bad company corrupts good morals."

All you have to do is listening to the evening news on TV to see how many children are suffering the consequences of not following this instruction.

So, let’s look now and see three ways you can avoid bad company.
