Psalm 119:41-48

Tonight we’re going to continue with the study we’ve been doing in Psalm 119. Our text this evening is found in Psalm 119:41-48 and the title of my message is, “What it means to love the Bible.”

A woman was not feeling well and asked her pastor to come and visit with her. He came, sat by her bed, and listened to her talk about all her problems. In counseling her, he said, "There are some verses in the Bible that I would like you to read." From her bed she called to her daughter and asked, "Susie, would you bring your mother that old book she loves so much." The little girl went to the book shelf and brought in a copy of People Magazine.
