iFindSermons grew out of the 48-year pastoral ministry of Dr. Mark S. Jackson in Southern California. Each sermon and resource was individually researched, outlined, prayed over, and delivered throughout his pastoral career.
His desire has always been to preach the gospel through clear, practical messages, encourage God’s people, and bring others to Christ. Today, iFindSermons makes that collection available to pastors, teachers, and ministry leaders around the world.

Founder of iFindSermons
From his time in the U.S. Navy to decades of church leadership, Pastor Mark shares the journey that shaped his faith and ministry.
Pastor Mark’s testimony
As a youngster, I was reared in a Catholic home. However, while serving in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam conflict, I heard the gospel and began a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I was immediately baptized by immersion and discipled in a conservative Baptist church.
Within a few short months of completing my duty with the U.S. Navy, I enrolled in the California Missionary Baptist Institute and Seminary, where I obtained a Th.B., Th.M., and then a Th.D., majoring in Theology and minoring in Bible languages. I also served as a faculty member for eight years.
During my 48 years of active ministry, I primarily served as a Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor in four Southern California churches. In late 1997, God led me and my wife to Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California, where we learned about the philosophy of a purpose-driven church.
I felt the Holy Spirit move me to continue on this path and attended numerous conferences at Saddleback Church. I went on to lead seminars and conferences, developing my leadership and preaching skills to continue reaching people for Christ in an impactful way.
In 2004, I founded The Bridge Church in Corona, a non-denominational church that launched its services with just four people. The church grew to hundreds of members and attenders, building meaningful connections through God’s Word, His people, and intentional service to the Corona community.
Throughout my 17 years leading the church, we sought to make a meaningful impact through homelessness programs, mentoring new church leadership, and counseling individuals and couples. We supported the church body through challenging times, both in individual lives and throughout the world, including the 2008 Great Recession and the 2020 COVID pandemic.
In early 2020, with the support and love of the church family, I hired an associate pastor and mentored him as he built his ministry and church leadership skills. When I felt God leading me to retire in 2022, I witnessed the fruit of that mentorship and the foundation we had built: the associate pastor was unanimously called to lead the church, which continues to thrive.
