1. Copyright and Content Use
Purchasing materials from iFindSermons grants you access to the unique content created during the 48-year ministry of Pastor and Author Dr. Mark S. Jackson, protected under U.S. Copyright Law.
What you may do with purchased content:
- Preach or deliver the sermon verbatim or in your own words
- Modify the sermon to fit your congregation’s context
- Create fill-in-the-blank notes or study guides for your congregation
- Incorporate portions of the material into new original works
What you may not do:
- Sell, resell, or commercially redistribute any sermon or portion thereof, whether modified or unmodified
- Share, transfer, or sublicense purchased downloads to other individuals or organizations
- Publish or distribute the content in any format that would allow others to access it without purchasing
These restrictions exist to honor Dr. Jackson’s life’s work and to ensure that iFindSermons can continue providing quality ministry resources. Unauthorized use is a violation of U.S. Copyright Law and may result in account termination and legal action.
2. Account Registration
- All users must create a free account using a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account
- Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
- Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activity, credential sharing, or violation of these Terms may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice
3. Membership and Purchases
- Annual memberships grant access to a set number of sermon downloads per membership year
- Downloads are for personal and ministry use only and are non-transferable
- Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
- iFindSermons reserves the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with reasonable advance notice
4. Free Resources
Registered users have access to complimentary sermon support resources, including jokes, quotes, and illustrations. These materials are subject to the same copyright restrictions as purchased content and may not be sold or redistributed.
5. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to manage your account and process purchases. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Changes to These Terms
